Storm Thorgerson Screensavers - 11 April 2008

Hypergallery are offering their visitors two brilliant screensavers conceived by the talented Mr Thorgerson. He came up with these animations as intros to a website for the publishing company Rockoptic, whose prints feature in the gallery.

When Rockoptic no longer had use for them we though they were so unique that it would be criminal to consign them to the archives, so we've re-programmed them as screensavers (with a little plug for ourselves at the beginning).

All you have to do is register your details, hopefully sign up for our mailing list, and then download them for free.

A storm in your computer!

Studio Limited Editions - 07 April 2008

Our new Photography gallery ‘Photo Icons’ features the portfolio of Studio Limited Editions, a publisher that represents four of the most celebrated rock photographers of the 1960s, 70s and 80s

You may not be familiar with the names of Adrian Boot, Philip Townsend, David Plastik and Alan Perry, but you will certainly know who they have photographed . . . . .The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Queen, Bruce Springsteen and many more

The photos are mounted, hand numbered and signed by the photographer, and include a printed description of the photo in the mount. Finally, each one comes with a certificate of authenticity.

There really are some amazing images in this collection and we are very pleased to add this new dimension to our offering.

The Gallery Shop - 01 April 2008

Whenever we visit an art gallery it’s inevitable that we end up in the gallery shop, where we usually add to our vast collection of postcards, and maybe purchase a book or poster as well.

So it seemed proper to add a shop to the Hypergallery. I’d seen the beautiful little packs of postcards that Storm had made and asked him if I could sell them. He was very pleased to accommodate this wish and from there we added his posters and books.

Our unique selling point for the shop will be that everything is hand-signed, and as and when we discover the right products we will increase the range.
