This limited edition silkscreen was published in 2005 and is now only available on the secondary market. Storm Thorgerson's relationship with Muse began in a very 21st Century way, on the web, and ended in this little piece of rock history. "Dom, the drummer from Muse saw a drawn rough of this design on our website and asked if we could do this for real, so we did. I think the band felt that the character in the picture was witnessing a miracle, namely a flotilla of flying beings passing gracefully overhead and experienced a kind of absolution at the sight. Flying beings are not so common and are more the stuff of fairytale and can only be seen under certain circumstances. We are lucky to see the shadows whereas the figure sees the 'reality'. I was keen on suggesting rather than showing directly these 'beings', which is why they are shadows, leaving detail and narrative to the imagination. I was also keen on the two points of view: his, looking up and ours, looking down as if we might be flying as well. I also liked the pattern that the shadows made upon the ground giving a graphic dimension to what was basically a romantic image. You can tell, can't you, that I like this picture unashamedly."
