An amazing shot of The Verve that is presented here in a small edition of archival inkjet prints by the artist, Michael Spencer Jones.. An incredible band, on their way up, shot in Billinge, Wigan. The burning car was bought from a local scrapyard before being driven under it’s own power to the shoot location. Each frame had a time span of no more than 15 seconds because the heat from the car became too intense and the band had to move. Hardy Northern rock and roll if we ever saw it.
